A successful event, whether its a concert, graduation or convention starts with proper screening. Rubicon has been screening thousands of people every year at major music venues and casinos. The process of getting patrons through the checkpoint quickly is a skill that is not easily learned and with our years of experience we have mastered it.
Good People
Maintaing a fun and orderly rock concert takes alot of planning, personnel and training. Rubicon has successfully been staffing and securing concerts for major bands and artist since 2016. Our approach is different than most in the industry in that we are not a staffing agency hiring anyone who will show up. We are very selective in our interview process. When you have good people working we happier patrons and less issues with crowds not to mention we can usually staff with less people.

Whether it is 18,000 people at an open air-amphitheater or 100 at a wedding we have secured all manner of events, concerts and conventions. Rubicon will help plan, staff and run any size event or venue.
